Privacy policy

In plain English
We collect only what we need to give you advice. Account data is fetched via the RBI Account Aggregator framework with your explicit, revocable consent. Documents you upload are encrypted and scoped to your household. We don't sell your data. We don't use it to train models for anyone else. You can delete your account and have your data purged on request.
What we collect
- Identity: name, email, phone, KYC documents (via Digio).
- Financial: bank, MF, insurance, EMI, document data — only what you consent to via the AA framework or upload yourself.
- Usage: how you use the product, so we can improve it.
How we use it
- To deliver advisory services through Modulor Capital (SEBI RIA).
- To build and maintain your household ledger and Arya copilot context.
- To meet regulatory obligations (record-keeping, audit, grievance redressal).
Who can see it
You, the household members you explicitly add, the licensed advisor, and our security team. Nobody else. We do not share with marketers, brokers, distributors, or affiliates.
How long we keep it
For as long as you're a client, plus the regulatory minimum retention required of a SEBI RIA. You can request deletion outside that window at any time.
Your rights
- Withdraw AA consent at any time.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion (subject to regulatory retention).
- Raise a grievance through the channel below.
